Terms and Conditions
Payment: All fees are referred to in DKK and are including 25% Danish VAT. All payments should be made in DKK.
Payment by credit card: The online registration platform is a secure site. Payment by credit card is highly recommended as the registration can be confirmed immediately. Major credit cards (VISA, Eurocard and MasterCard) are accepted. Upon completion of the online registration process, you will receive an invoice / receipt by email. The registration fee is deducted from your credit card immediately after your purchase. There is a surcharge of 2.95% for use of company credit card.
Payment by bank transfer/EAN: You will find the bank details on the invoice that will be sent to you digitally. Please make sure to transfer the registration fees to this bank account within 14 days after you have registered. Your registration is only confirmed once the registration fees have been received in full.
Please note that as from the 15 May 2022 only payment per credit card is accepted.
Cancellation policy: Full cancellation of your participation must be e-mailed to the NLC 2022 Congress Secretariat at nlc2022@mci-group.com. Amendments should be made by contacting the meeting secretariat by e-mail.

• After 1 May 2022 – No refunds
